and its investigators treat personal information they collect and
receive from you, the prospective client, as well as the person or business
who is the subject of inquiry. Personal information is information about you
that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or
phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

 | It is our business is to collect personal
information when you submit an evaluation form for the purposes of
evaluating your case.

 | When you submit an evaluation form we ask you for information such as
your name, address, and telephone number as well as the name, address,
birth date, social security number, and occupation of the subject or
business you desire to have investigated. Once you submit this information
to us to inquire into our services, you are
no longer anonymous to us.

 | We use the information you have provided for
the following general purposes: to evaluate your case and determine
whether we are able to assist you with the investigation or decline the
investigation, to properly determine the level of difficulty and number of
hours necessary to complete the investigation, and to properly determine
the necessary costs involved for such services. |

 | It is our policy to keep all information strictly confidential and do not sell or share personal information
about you or your case with other people or companies. All information
received is shared or disclosed as follows:
 | We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of
us or with attorneys or their agents
who represent you.

establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;

investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,
suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical
